We want you to be happy with your purchase. However, we only accept returns or refunds in certain cases:

You are eligible for a return or refund if:

  • You received the wrong product
  • The product was damaged or defective on arrival
  • The product is significantly different from what was advertised

Conditions:

  • You must report the issue within 2 days of delivery
  • Proof (photos or videos) must be shared via WhatsApp or email
  • Product must be unused and returned in original packaging

Once we receive and verify the issue, we will:

  • Send a replacement, or
  • Issue a full refund (if applicable)

Please note: We do not accept returns for “change of mind” or minor cosmetic variations. Return shipping costs (if any) will be communicated beforehand.
